We were a party of 8. Very comfortable and fully equipped 3 bedroom house. We were able to have Amazon purchases delivered to the club house which was convenient. Great rooms, beds were very clean. Great location, 10 minute drive to parks and Premium outlets.

Situated in Homestead, 5.6 km from Fruit Spice Park and 11 km from Florida Keys Factory Shops, Maria's Tiny Barn features spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Spotless clean, comfortable place close to the Everglades National Park. It served us, a group of 4 people, very well for 2 nights. The arrival instructions were precise and we didn't have any problem with the check-in. The kitchen is well-equipped (fridge, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, small coffee pot etc.). I'd definitely stop there again if I was visiting the area. Easy to park in front of the building from the pictures. AC worked fine, WiFi as well.

I was very happy to see a drawer full of coffee and cream, make my heart sings. :)

The owners had a nice book of recommendations available, which helped us find a great place for dinner. The owners responded to all communications within 15 min.

Playa Esmeralda Vacation Home Up To 14 People is set in Bradenton Beach, 1.2 km from Coquina Beach, 23 km from The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, and 10 km from Anna Maria City Pier. We were fortunate enough to book all 5 rooms at the Boutique Inn for 5 couples staying in town for my husbands 40th birthday. From the beginning communication with Maria was consistent, clear and helpful. I even mailed her decorations and arranged to have food brought in, etc. for everyone's arrival from the airport and my husbands surprise. Jose was also in constant communication leading up to our stay to ensure that everything went smoothly and I really cannot thank them enough for that. I had a million questions and they were patient and helpful with each and every one of them! The house itself is amazing. If you know the island you know that you won't find a better location. A stones throw from the beach, bridge street and the trolley. You will be able to walk anywhere you want to go. The amenities were above and beyond. Each of the five rooms are designed beautifully and different yet all have the same luxuries including the nice bathrooms, king sized beds (super comfy), customized AC units, fridge and coffee pot and each room even provided champagne, robes and slippers. We were blessed to find this level of amenities for 10 people outside of a traditional hotel. The shared spaces down by the pool/hot tub and upstairs in the game area/kitchen were perfect common areas for our group. We wished we would have used the roof top deck more in the mornings! The view with a cup of coffee is unlike any other! We LOVED this house and Maria and Mark went above and beyond thinking of everything as usual. This was not our first time staying at one of their properties and it certainly will not be our last. We can't thank them for sharing this property with all of us.

Pirates Pointe Resort is located in Ruskin and features a heated pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The location is very quiet in beautiful surroundings on the Little Manatee River. It is close to Simmons Park and the Bahia Beach Preserve. The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.

Located in the heart of historic Key West, guests will be 1 minutes’ walk from Duval Street. A heated pool, daily continental breakfast, and free WiFi are provided. Exceptional facilities. It seemed to me that they had thought of every possible need. We loved the happy hour cocktails and mixing with the other guests. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Located in a very central part of the main town. Heather and Kevin were friendly and generous. A great stay.

These Indian Shores apartments are right on Clearwater Beach and 5 miles from picturesque Saint Petersburg Beach. Guests will have access to free WiFi and an on-site launderette. I just got back from my Christmas trip. Would love to thank the hostess again. She is funny, cheerful and takes good care of our family. The breakfast special she makes herself every Sunday morning is delicious, especially the potatoes. We will come back if we have the chance.
